Unless you plan on giving up your day job, having a project manager who has worked with you since day one and understands the finished result that you are trying to achieve is crucial. If your builder is providing you with a project manager for your job, I can meet with them to hand-over the documentation and design work that we have prepared to date ensuring that no details are missed.
